All our offices and branches will remain temporarily closed until further notice. However, if you are a customer, the following touchpoints continue to be operational:

  • You can go digital and access our self-service options 24x7 on iassist.aegonlife.com from the comfort and safety of your home.
  • If you have an urgent query you can call 1800 209 9090 from Monday to Saturday between 9 am to 7 pm.
  • You can also email the support team at customer.care@aegonlife.com which continues to serve our customers from Monday to Saturday between 9 am to 7pm.


While it is our endeavour to provide the necessary support to help service your policies, you may face some delay in response times owing to limited staff strength. This is expected to continue until further notice, and we thank you for your understanding.
